At Leopold Early Learning Centre we are committed to inspiring a lifelong love of learning. We believe that providing beautiful environments for our children, families, and educators assists us in achieving this goal.
Our Nursery is a very special place at Leopold Early Learning Centre. This homely room provides care for babies in a warm and loving environment. Our Centre boasts two separate nursery rooms to ensure calm, nurturing environments and optimal care for your little one.
Our Educators strive to create loving and nurturing bonds with all children in their care and to ensure individual needs and routines are met. We take the time to understand each child’s home routine such as sleep and bottle times and incorporate these into our programs to ensure a smooth transition from home to our care.
The Toddler Room provides all children with a stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, enthusiasm, independence, and developmental growth. Our Educators provide children with learning experiences to strengthen all areas of development, including well-being and communication.
Educators encourage children to initiate play with others, make positive choices and to begin to manage their own behavior through the use of communication skills.
We strive to create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all children in our Pre Kinder room. Pre Kinder room has a flexible routine that allows for children to engage in a range of learning experiences both indoors and outdoors. These experiences are specifically designed to meet and extend all children’s needs, interests, skills, and current knowledge.
We encourage children in the Pre Kinder room to develop and strengthen their independence through making choices, contributing ideas, and managing their own behavior using their communication and negotiating skills.
In our Kindergarten room, our comprehensive program provides rich learning experiences that include extensive hands-on activities and learning through discovery, exploration, and open-ended play. It incorporates all contexts for learning including focused learning and teaching, real-life situations, investigations, play, and routines and transitions all in preparations for your child to transition to school the following year.
